The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our web site ("www.fashionvictim.ro").

The products purchased on www.fashionvictim.ro are sold directly by SC Cornerstone Consulting SRL. 

OUR BUSINESS POLICY

In order to place an order for the purchase of one or more products on www.fashionvictim.ro, you must have an account on our website. If you dont have one you can create it from HERE.

Before purchasing any products, you will be asked to carefully read the Terms and Conditions.

FASHIONVICTIM may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that FASHIONVICTIM has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof.

All products and sizes listed on our website are on stock. www.fashionvictim.ro updates in real time so you do not have the inconvenience of ordering a product that is no longer in stock. Online stock may change anytime without warning.

If by any reasons the products displayed on www.fashionvictim.ro are no longer available at the time of your last access or once FASHIONVICTIM has received your order, FASHIONVICTIM shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within 10 days from the day after FASHIONVICTIM has received your order.

If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, FASHIONVICTIM will refund the amount paid for those items.

GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION

On www.fashionvictim.ro, we offer for sale luxury and top-quality products. These products are purchased by SC Cornerstone Consulting SRL directly from fashion houses, manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected for their stringent quality control.

FASHIONVICTIM does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.

The main characteristics of products are shown on www.fashionvictim.ro on each product page. The products offered for sale on www.fashionvictim.ro may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used.

Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order.

All products come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. Do not remove the tag or seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

PAYMENTS

Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.

In case of payment by Credit Card or Debit Card, all details (for example, Card Number or Expiration Date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to NETOPIA SISTEM SRL or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by FASHIONVICTIM except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns, in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. 

REFUND POLICY

You may return products purchased from www.fashionvictim.ro, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from receiving the products purchased on www.fashionvictim.ro.

The refund right shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

• the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
• the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal; the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging, and with all the original documentation.

We remind you to try on your items without removing the tag or seal, as we do not accept returned products unless they are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you. 

To be able to return a product, it is necessary to notice us first by email or by phone.

The parcel must reach our warehouse (Romania, Bucharest, 4th Unirii Blvd) within 10 working days from the date in which you received your order.

If you are returning more than one item from the same order, they must be sent in a single delivery: www.fashionvictim.ro cannot accept multiple return from the same order, with items sent at different times.

You have to ship your returns to our warehouse with the same service our company use (TNT Express for international delivery; FAN COURIER for Romania) and the return shipping will be at your own expense.

SC Cornerstone Consulting SRL is not obligated to pay for any package sent to its address.

If one of these conditions is not met, www.fashionvictim.ro will not accept your return and the items will be shipped back to you at your own cost.

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your return has been accepted.

Refund times will depend on the credit card or debit card company’s policies, but not longer then 30 days from the day our warehouse has received your return. 

CHANGE POLICY

You may return products purchased from www.fashionvictim.ro, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from receiving the products purchased on www.fashionvictim.ro.

The same product can be changed only once.

The change right shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

In cases where you choose to change a product with another model that has a different price compared to the previous one, you will have to CONTACT us before, so we can establish the payment method or the refund method.

Changing times will not be longer then 30 days from the day our warehouse has received your return. 

PRIVACY POLICY

To buy from www.fashionvictim.ro, you must have an account on our website. You can edit or delete your personal data at anytime: Edit personal data

Everyone has the right to protection of his/her personal data.

Your personal data is collected and processed by FASHIONVICTIM, for purposes which are strictly connected to the use of the web site, its services and to the purchase of products on the web site. However, your personal data may also be used for other processing operations within the limits of the law.

SC Cornerstone Consulting SRL is listed on the Register of Personal Data Operators of the National Authority Surveillance Data Processing  at the number 16267.

Your personal data is mostly processed by electronic means and in some circumstances by paper-based means, when, for example, the processing of your personal data is required in order to prevent fraud against www.fashionvictim.ro.

Your personal data shall be stored in a way which allows FASHIONVICTIM to identify you for the period that is strictly necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, in accordance with applicable law.

Your personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties for purposes which are not permitted by law or without your explicit consent.

Your personal data may only be disclosed to third parties when it is necessary in order to process an order. For example, your personal data is disclosed to NETOPIA SISTEM SRL for the performance of electronic distance payment services, through credit/debit card, when you purchase a product on www.fashionvictim.ro.

The refusal to provide FASHIONVICTIM with some of your personal data necessary for performing the above purposes, may consequently prevent FASHIONVICTIM from processing your order for the purchase of products sold on www.fashionvictim.ro or from supplying other services provided on www.fashionvictim.ro, as for example to send the NEWSLETTER, to recommend a product to a friend.

Failing to provide data may imply, in some cases, a legitimate and justified reason for FASHIONVICTIM's refusal to process your order for the purchase of products sold on www.fashionvictim.ro or to provide services on www.fashionvictim.ro.

FASHIONVICTIM processes your personal data only after receiving your consent, freely expressed, in order to send you advertising material and direct marketing or other commercial communications also via e-mail, upon the user's request (such as, for example, the transmission of the NEWSLETTER). You can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the link you will have at the end of every email received from FASHIONVICTIM.

AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES

The General Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions shall be effective as of the date of publication on www.fashionvictim.ro.

All content on this site is property of SC Cornerstone Consulting SRL and is protected by Romanian laws.

Reproduction, communication and making available to the public, rental and lending, public performance, distribution and dissemination of works, without the authorisation of the right-holders, are prohibited.

In the event of any conflict between SC Cornerstone Consulting SRL and the user will try to resolve them friendly, and if it is not possible, the conflict will be settled in Romanian Court, in accordance with the applicable laws.
